They play more alike than they look.
Yes.
Oh yeah, that makes perfect sense...
I HEAR FORMULAS ARE FREAKING FAST OMG!!!
Yeah, it's not like LBP 1 is just suddenly wiped from existence. It's there as a reminder that this kinda game has already been done quite long before.
Here we go :D
PC just doesn't get the exclusives anymore because many of the people who said it's "the best" destroy it with piracy. But yeah...
It's way too easy to pirate stuff these days, thus it's not really the people's fault, really do pick the obviously easier route.
DON'T LISTEN TO HIM, SNIPES!!!
No, let me clarify...
The devs themselves have said they're emphasizing on feel of America under siege and promoted that as their essential selling point. The whole conceit itself is also pretty far-fetched, to be honest.
Yeah! The linearity, was for me, one of the biggest issues since it made utilizing the new stealth mechanics a little too redundant.
This game is just exploiting the shock effect of an invasion in America... It's cheap and not really effective for Europeans like me.
Though I am 'shocked' by the graphics shown so far. The presentation actually looks good.
Nintendo isn't taking gaming forward... On the contrary actually.
You're on N4G, but you haven't seen any reviews?
kkkkkk....
No mention about Crysis 2's first trailer...
Halo and Gears are better thus far.
People like Caspel should SHUT THE FUCK UP before they've played each and every game of each of the aforementioned franchises!!
I only have a PS3 and yes, I've played every Halo game made by Bungie. I JUST LIKE THE GAMES, O-FUCKING-K???
On topic:
Both. They're releasing so far far apart during the year and they're both on the same console, gladly... Though... I think Resistance will be better.
"MGS needs to have one because of the storyline", so... There needs to be a story because there is a story? KEWL!
And LBP did had a story...
We have to go all metaphysical here... What are video games as an entertainment medium? How does it compare to other mediums like, most obviously, movies? Video games don't necessarily need any kind of narrative structure, i.e. in multiplayer thus not being a storytelling medium. But they can be. They can have thei...
TRUE DAT!!
I always think about the possibilities to mess with the dialog and animations!!
DUUUUDE!!
WOHOO!!
MGS4
!
MGS4 is first and Uncharted 2 is second.
That's all I want.
I'd say CoD and KZ have the most similarities from gameplay perspective. Neither REALLY have vehicles to drive and pretty much all you ever do is shoot each and every bad guy on your way with more or less the same guns. They also only have one type of enemies, (sans a very few exceptions ofc): Humans/Helghast.
Halo might be the most different of the bunch: It's sci-fi, it has a lot of vehicles to maneuver, all sorts of firepower at your arsenal, a ton of enemy types,...
